holds 9 people and is cooler than any minivan. Also, ideal to avoid traffic, or to ride over traffic. I want one.

Looks like someone smooshed a Hummer H2.
That said, it looks incredibly practical in inclement weather, off road, on snow/ice, etc. Would be a great platform for a long distance off-road trip.
Did they ever get this thing off the ground? If it were electric, came with a set of solar panels, and a decent collection of spare parts, it would be the perfect car for my hideout deep in rural Alaska.
